The Warehouse Co, utilises the services from a number of couriers. This allows us to provide the most efficient, cost effective service to reach out to all of our nominated destinations for our customers. Where permissible with our courier services, for orders received AM on any business day, dispatch will be the same day. Orders received PM would be dispatched the following business day.
Pending the day of receiving the order, for Sydney metro delivery should be within 2 - 4 days. For regional areas allow 2 – 5 days, and for rural / remote areas 4 – 8 days depending on your location, as some areas are only serviced on a weekly basis. All the services we utilise have tracking facilities integrated in their systems. It is our aim to provide a professional efficient delivery service, however in the event, out of our control and of human error, it may possibly take longer than the predicted delivery service times. Should this situation arise we will pursue the particular courier provider on your behalf to ensure completion of the delivery.
Authority to Leave
If no authorisation to leave the goods should the premises be unattended it may be possible a redelivery may be scheduled and you will be advised of a delivery date.
The item/s will be held for collection in which case a delivery advice will be left with contact details, in the case should you require a redelivery, any fees incurred would be payable by the purchaser. The Warehouse Co is not liable for the security or replacement of any items left unattended with Authority to Leave.
